Welcome to Day 7 and the final day of the 470 African Championships and Olympic Qualification event. Fleet racing is complete, and the Medal Race starts at 13h00 today.

The Medal Race will be a 25-minute race, with competitors earning double points, so it will be sailed hard and fast. Any protests will be handled by the Jurors on the water and final decisions will be made there and then.
